Afterwards, he encased the crawlspace and put in a dehumidifier and support beams. We could not be happier with his work and professionalism. Andrew goes above and beyond your expectations. Absolutely stellar job. And let's face it - removing old insulation, cleaning out a crawl space, putting new insulation in is not a job for the weak of heart. Weather was total crap the day they were scheduled to come. Yet come they did on time and professional. They made quick work of my job. Andrew is the most personable of folks, took time to explain different options and did not try to oversell in any way. He said "get a dehumidifier down here... I'm not going to sell you one because what we have is overkill for your space." There is a reason there is a wait list for their services. I would urge you get on that list now if you are considering having any kind of work crawl space work or encapsulation work - they are worth the wait.

This is a fantastic LOCAL company, that is doing quality work, at a fair price! From the initial inspection/estimate through the final day of installation, it was truly a pleasure working with Andrew and the team at Eastern Crawlspace Solutions. We had 5-6 total estimates for our project and Eastern Crawlspace Solutions was far more affordable than the others, while using materials some of the other companies were listing as an up-charge to their already much higher cost estimates. Some estimates we recieved were nearly DOUBLE and included less for that money! While the "cheapest" rarely equates to the "best," I can honestly say, in this instance, we are more than happy with every aspect of our dealings with Eastern Crawlspace Solutions. Andrew is running a truly local, small business, with honesty and integrity. AJ and the installation crew were timely, respectful, and worked diligently from start to finish. Our newly encapsulated crawlspace looks fantastic and will protect our house for years to come from the moisture damage that we were already beginning to experience/witness due to the extreme levels of humidity clashing with our HVAC unit and ductwork. Andrew was one of three vendors we invited to assess our crawlspace and make recommendations. He was by far more thorough, took more time to document and explain what he saw than the other two vendors. He was patient, listened and answered all our questions. His pricing was very fair, scheduled the work promptly and did an outstanding job. (He even explained the remote humidistat connected to the dehumidifier!)
