Miquel did our HVAC Maintenance in a pleasant and efficient manner. I asked Miguel if he could check to make sure the ventilation was secure from our cooktop, while he was doing maintenance in the crawlspace for our HVAC. Miguel not only verbally gave me the assurance that there were no leaks and Everything was fine with the cooktop ventilation to the out of doors. He even took photos to show me Miguel was patient in answering questions and explaining things to me. His appearance was neat and clean - a real gentleman. My heater stopped working right before the holiday and predicted freezing weather. Josh and his apprentice, Jason, arrived on schedule. Amazingly, Josh recalled his last visit here, knew right where to find the A/C unit, & promptly began his assessment of my unit. We converted our screen porch to a fully enclosed sunroom. We contacted Eastergard about installing a split HVAC unit. Their pricing, responsiveness, installation and follow up was excellent. The techs fully analysed my furnace and cleaned the drain pipe out. That was all that was needed. They were polite, asked a lot of questions and did a simple fix. Very honest and trustworthy.

Service yesterday and received call next day to inform me the iitem replaced, which I paid with check of almost 900.00 dollars, was still under warranty. They shredded the check so cost me zero. Finding such honesty these days is rare. I used their service for years and trust them and will only use them for the future

Had a late evening emergency with my heat pump. Their night technician, Miguel, was at my house within the hour. He was friendly, courteous and very informative. He had a replacement fan motor on his truck for my 16 year old system, and got it up and running in 90 minutes.
