East Malvern DIY Dog Wash & Laundromat

This is one of the best laundromats in the area. Reasonable value, excellent machines, recent renovation (old reviews may be redundant now). Feel lucky to live so close to it - I mainly just dry my sheets here and everything about this place makes that process easy and efficient.

Normally ok, but this time when we used it the water was cold and the air dryer was freezing. Won’t be coming back again.

Have used both the self serve dog wash and washing machines and dryers. All of them were clean and easy to use, and this place offers good opening hours. Recommend 👍

Very clean tidy place. Instructions easy to follow to use machines. Paid by credit card for 2 washes and all went smoothly. No problem at all. Very easy to use. Bought coffee close by while waiting for clothes to be washed. Highly recommend.

The last two times I've been there the machines swallowed my money and there was no one to get a refund from and the machines leaked water all over the floor. There isn't even a broom to clean up mess so the next customers don't have to deal with it either.

Quick ample sized washers & dryers reasonably priced with wash powder machine only takes $1 coins& washer dryer payment all done on the app no searching for coins

I would give this coin laundry 0 stars if I could. The man working there, I presume in the dry cleaning area, was very rude. The washing machines are old and cost 5 dollars for a small load, I would recommend going 3 minutes down the street to Ultra Clean Coin Laundry, just a little further down on Waverly road, it is much smaller but only costs 4 dollars per load and has free wifi. I hope this review helps!!

Card payment accepted via QR code on all machines. The way of the future! Very clean laundromat. Powerpoints available to charge devices. Will definitely come back!

Ruined my wedding dress. Took no blame despite evidence that it was their fault. Never use this company unless you enjoy paying over the odds pricing for a terrible service
