I contacted Mick from finding the company on the web. He was very helpful while l was on the phone to him. He got my Hot water service fixed that day and his workers were neat, tidy and respectful. Taking their boots off before walking into the unit. Thanks, Mick, for getting it fixed for me and doing the other work that l asked about to see if everything was working ok. Needed some advice for a neighbours heater and was able to talk to a real person and was told what I could do to fix a stuck down starter and it worked. She is so happy and it was great not to get ripped off. I am so thankful.😊

We recently had East Coast Plumbing help with our pool room conversion — bathroom, bar, outdoor shower, sauna, and cold plunge — and they were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear and easy, and they generously passed on their trade discounts, which saved us a lot on fixtures and tapware. The team on site were punctual, tidy, and great to work with — and super patient as we made a few mid-renovation changes haha. The office staff were also really helpful and kept everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this crew — they really looked after us.

Mick and his team moved our water meter and tap so we could redo our concrete driveway. To work in with other trades they had to visit the site three times to complete the job. East Coast Plumbing & Gasfitting Installed a stormwater sealed system from our shed into 2 x 30000L water tanks with a water treatment system installed to service the house, They were nothing but professional and helpful in getting the job done properly and on time.
