Before: wet, muddy back yard stealing play space, no room to run around.
After: We cleared all the underbrush and trouble trees, cut into the dirt hillside, installed a block retaining wall and lots of drainage, added a steel fence, sod, and privacy trees. We installed the playset, and now the yards not just bigger, it's their's. No more, "I'm bored," just kids being kids.
Next move: fire pit, benches, more plants, and landscape lighting.
