I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Early Years ABA, and I'm writing this review to warn other families about the potential pitfalls they may face.
From the start, I was excited to work with Early Years ABA and provide my son with the ABA therapy he needed. Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver on its promises. The Behavior Technician (BT) assigned to our case was utterly inexperienced and seemed more interested in repeating "stop" and "no" than actually providing quality therapy.
When I expressed my concerns to the company, they promised to find a more experienced BT, but this proved to be a hollow promise. The original BT continued to show up late or not at all, and when we finally received an email stating that they no longer wanted to work with us, it was too little, too late.
The cherry on top was the company's lack of transparency and accountability. They refused to provide a timeline for hiring a new BT, citing other patients on a waiting list. This lack of urgency is unacceptable, especially when we were willing to adjust our son's entire summer schedule to accommodate their demands.
To add insult to injury, the company's original request for 40 hours of therapy per week seemed suspiciously aimed at maximizing Medicaid reimbursement. It's clear that their priorities are misplaced, and families seeking serious ABA therapy would be wise to look elsewhere.
In conclusion, my experience with Early Years ABA has been nothing short of disastrous. Unless you enjoy dealing with unqualified staff, broken promises, and a lack of accountability, I would not recommend this company to any family looking for reliable ABA therapy providers.
