Managed to make an appointment on the phone for the same day, as the loss of hearing was causing me anxiety. Couldn’t recommend Javid enough. Friendly, calming and very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease straight away. It was a very easy and simple process and the wax was removed within seconds. Would definitely go back in the future if needed.

Super experience. Took my daughter to get her ears microsuctioned and the lady was lovely. She engaged ny daughter rather than me and made her feel safe and put her at ease. Will definately use in the future.

He was amazing I suffer from anxiety and had to stop a few times, he was patient and made me feel at ease and didn't judge. Ears are much better now as both was blocked but he got it all out. Thank you again what a great man
