Cara is well qualified, super professional, highly experienced and knowledgeable; she gave great and comprehensive advice with regard to care both of ears and hearing aids. Cannot recommend Cara highly enough and will certainly use her services again. In addition she has a warm and friendly personality which immediately creates a relaxing atmosphere in which to work.

Cara was absolutely wonderful — so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave excellent advice for aftercare, especially around looking after swimmers’ ears. I left feeling confident, reassured, and really well looked after. Highly recommend!
