Cara is well qualified, super professional, highly experienced and knowledgeable; she gave great and comprehensive advice with regard to care both of ears and hearing aids. Cannot recommend Cara highly enough and will certainly use her services again. In addition she has a warm and friendly personality which immediately creates a relaxing atmosphere in which to work.

Cara is fantastic, professional and just so lovely and bubbly. Was able to ease my parents anxiety and was able to make both my parents far more comfortable. They previously had found it painful and noisy, when having wax removed by someone else. But not any more with Cara. Cara has now seen them a couple of times and is always very reassuring. She does a fantastic Job.

Amazing! Cara was just so lovely and knowledgeable. I didn’t know what to expect today but it definitely wasn’t painful or uncomfortable and it was actually very quick! I have had problems with my right ear for a few years now and no matter how many times I saw a doctor, no one could figure out what it was and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Enter Cara, who told me it was a False Fundus - also know as pseudo ear drum. She sorted it out and got rid of it and omg my ear feels amazing! I’m honestly so happy. Don’t hesitate to contact her, get your ears sorted!

Excellent, professional and caring service for my 100 yr old father, for whom this was a new and surprisingly pleasant experience. He can hear better and his hearing aids emit far lass static/whistling noise. Recommend.

I contacted Cara about my daughter's ears being painful and blocked...Cara came the same day, wanting to help! She was absolutely fantastic with my little girl and made her feel really at ease and comfortable with the ear procedure. My husband and I were going to have our ears cleared through our Doctors surgery but it would have taken about 6 weeks from the nurse’s check to the actual procedure so I contacted Cara on Monday and by Thursday our ears were lovely and clear! Cara arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and professional. The treatment itself was the most efficient and comfortable we have experienced and we will definitely have Cara back again and highly recommend her. A first class service!
