TLDR: Simon & Mike are nothing short of angels on earth who appeared during a crisis and resolved it with patience, determination, skill, and compassion. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement, and you will see from other reviews that this is simply how they do business. These are the people you want to show up for you, and to call anyone else for help would be a massive mistake IMO. The long version of my story is that after hitting a patch of black ice, the front half of my BMW ended up hanging over the edge of a guard rail. This occurred while driving back to Iowa from Utah, so to say we were in a terrible situation is an understatement. We got lucky and Simon appeared about 5 minutes after the crash, pulled over to check on us (we hadn’t even called a tow company yet mind you), and immediately called the state troopers to report the accident for us and figure out solutions for extracting my car. While a local sheriff, firefighters, and EMS checked us out, Mike showed up with his flatbed. Mike & Simon spent no less than 30 minutes carefully maneuvering my car down from the guard rail while meticulously working to preserve my front bumper, which they had warned me might come off during the removal. Simon directed my friend on which ways to move the wheel while he ran around the car moving and adjusting wood blocks under the tires so that my front bumper would remain intact. Next, we got to spend several hours with Mike as he brought us to a local gas station to get warm and decompress for a few minutes after the accident. As someone in my early 20s who has little experience with insurance, Mike helped me navigate the claims process and ensured that the towing I needed to get to my rental car would be covered- he selflessly spent over an hour on the phone with insurance for me. Mike then drove us to our destination in Denver, all while uplifting our spirit and making sure we were okay. Not once did he complain about the claims process which ultimately took several hours, nor the drive to Denver. If all that isn’t enough to convince you, Mike even helped me arrange transportation of my car back to Iowa. These guys are the real deal and I’m lucky to have benefited from their decades of experience

You guys were smart to hire John B. He literally went out of his way to pull me and my daughter off the road to safety last night when my car got stuck in the snow. He was concerned more for our safety than for monetary gain, and the world needs more people like him in it. Thank you so much John! I will definitely refer people to your company!

Highly recommend this company for heavy duty towing needs. Sandra was patient in helping me schedule the service, and Steve was excellent in adaptability and thoughtfulness in getting my RV out of the mountains after my brakes failed. Their customer service and professionalism cannot be beat and for safety the service is worth every penny.

John at Eagle Vail towing truly saved the end of our long weekend. When we ended up broken down on the side of I-70 in heavy Sunday traffic, John saw us and pulled off before we even had to call for help. He got us safely off the highway so we could see what was wrong, and then towed us all the way back to Aurora. Would highly recommend Eagle Vail!

My semi broke down... First a gentleman named John stopped and asked me if I was alright and checked to see what the issue might be. The next day a young and very friendly man came, his name is Rocky. In the end he was the one towing me. He even gave me a ride to the store! They not only tow, they also make sure you are alright!! John was “Johnny on the spot!” He was kind, patient, very thorough, and an overall kind gentleman. We certainly hope to never have to be towed again, but if we do, we hope it’s with John!

I was in an accident on Eisenhower Pass last weekend—slid across the highway and into a snowbank. My airbags deployed and my car was listing at an angle in 4 feet of snow. As soon as I got off the phone with 911, a tow truck pulled up, driven by an angel named Mike. He was patrolling up and down the pass, and when he saw my car, he stopped and immediately came to check on me. He let me know that state patrol was on the way and made sure I was warm enough. He offered to help me out of the car, but we couldn’t do it without another pair of hands. He came back to the car to let me know the ETA of the emergency team. I had never been in an accident, but he talked me through every aspect of it. After I was able to get out of my car, he let me stay warm in his truck, then drove me to the tow yard and waited with me until my husband got there to pick me up. I know that I was a bit in shock and full of adrenaline, but he just let me chatter and made sure I had what I needed. I am in awe at the kind and caring manner in which I was treated. Mike didn’t just tow my car (they actually had two trucks there working to get the car out), he showed me care and concern, mitigating any fear or anxiety I would have otherwise felt. It takes a special person to bring peace to someone in crisis and I am so grateful. Thank you, Mike, and thank you Eagle Vail Towing!
