Our car broke down on I-70 about 3 miles west of the Eisenhower Tunnel in a stop and go massive traffic jam. Luckily there was a flatbed tow truck on the shoulder. The driver was Mike and he was very helpful and courteous. He drove us the 89 miles to our home and made a bathroom stop for us, having been stuck in traffic for a couple of hours. He walked our dog as we went in the rest room. He went above and beyond to make a bad situation a lot nicer. Thank you Mike!
