Mike went above and BEYOND. I am so grateful for his service and help today. My car broke down numerous times today and yesterday on I-70. A different towing company tried to help me yesterday but was unable to. That’s when my hero and knight in shining armor (Mike) showed up and saved the day! I am overwhelmed with his kindness. He followed my car down the off ramp when it died to make sure I was safe and then helped me make sure I could find a solution. He opened his home to me while we figured out the maintenance issues and continued to try to figure out the issue way after he was off the clock. I cannot express how unbelievably grateful and humbled by the professionalism but more than that the kindness and genuinely in this man’s heart. Thank you, thank you eagle towing! I will tell everyone about the incredible Buzz Lightyear level above and beyond service.
