Per Customer RequestArthur Kelton JrLives in VailOn Monday the 10th at approximately 4pm i had a total flat tire at the top of vail pass the tow truck driver Michael pulled up called his supervisor and gave me a price for changing the tire everything was done very quickly and i handed him the credit card and he then said there was no charge per managers instructions. I also tried to tip Michael which he refuses the tip.
