As an early Christmas present, my truck decided to blow its engine heading up to the tunnel. With all my kids in the truck, we pulled over behind Michael and his truck.
Unfortunately my roadside service wouldn't allow me to use him directly (had to use their people), he moved his truck behind mine blocking traffic and keeping us safe til my tow arrived. He didn’t have to do it, and certainly didn’t have to wait around as long as he did, but I’m extremely thankful he did that for us.
If I’m ever stranded in the area again, he’ll be my first call, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in a similar predicament.
