I can't recommend Anderson at Eagle Vail Towing highly enough! Last week, we flew into Denver, picked up a rental car from Turo, and headed toward Vail. Unfortunately, we found ourselves stuck on a busy highway in the middle of a storm with a malfunctioning rental car. Stranded in a scary situation in an unfamiliar area, we were incredibly relieved when Anderson showed up to tow us. There was no wait—Anderson quickly loaded our car and even gave us suggestions for free places to leave the Turo rental for the owner.He took us to a Walmart and kindly let us go inside to grab food, as we hadn’t eaten in hours. With no available Ubers due to the storm, Anderson went above and beyond by helping us load our luggage and ski gear into his tow truck and safely drove us to our Airbnb after leaving the rental in a public lot.Our vacation could have taken a much worse turn, but thanks to Anderson's exceptional service and dedication, we made it to our destination safely and had a great trip.
