This company was amazing. We got a quote from them and a big box store affiliate. Getting a quote was so easy with them. Ronit had me take a picture of the sticker on the inside of our old door, she asked me a few questions and provided me with a quote over the phone. Not only was Eagle Garage Doors cheaper, their customer service was amazing. Ronit even took the time to get us on the schedule and send the invoice while she was on vacation. I spoke to her on a Tuesday and our door was installed on Friday. The installation was seedless and the technician helped my husband set everything up and gave some maintenance tips. I definitely recommend them!

The tech that came out quoted an outrageous overpriced estimate and began haggling down once I began questioning the cost. He mentioned that he could install “Chinese brand” for half the price, which was still an extreme over estimate. I mentioned that I would contact someone else and the tech began using profanity. I had to politely tell him to leave. The following day I had a great local company come out (Billy’s garage door repair) and he was able to fix day at 3rd of the cost. I usually don’t do reviews and not sure if this is a one off Incident or just how they do business.
