Such a fantastic experience! Wellington came to check out our broken oven within just a few hours of me reaching out for a quote. He was very clear and helpful in explaining what was broken and once he repaired it, he tested the oven several times to make sure the sensor was working properly. Our fridge broke down at a most inconvenient time. I called Wellington and he took care of the problem right away. I was curious about the whole repair and he involved me in the process from the moment the fridge was pulled out until it was pushed back in. He provided very good advice on the maintenance of my washing machine. I had a separate issue that I brought up at end of my service and even though it wasn’t one of his trades, he still took a look and provided any valuable insight he was able to.
