This company is fantastic, I cracked my windscreen on my Nissan Qashqai beyond repair, I requested some quotes and I was contacted by Ross, from start to finish the service has been perfect, Spencer and Luke came out to replace the windscreen, they gave me a courtesy call, and talked me through the process upon arrival, they got to work and were done within half an hour, polite, professional and extremely helpful, the reviews speak for themselves, oh and the cost was also amazing which meant I didn't have to go through my insurance. Brilliant service. I drove from Telford to get door window replaced. Only they offered me same day service and the price was way better than next day offers from Telford. Nice chaps done the job quick and professional. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with ETS Window Repair. The lady I spoke with on the phone was excellent and arranged the fitting asap. Tim and Spence fixed my window and did an outstanding job. They were quick, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. The repair was done efficiently and without any hassle. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable—great value for the quality of service. Highly recommend them if you need any window repairs!

Excellent service and we've used E.T.S a few times and the fitter Alan is quick and efficient. Tim has always been very tentative and helpful, therefore, I'd certainly recommend as when I shopped around their quote was extremely competitive...5*

I’ve deducted 3 stars due to issues with the service. The windscreen technician who came out seemed to be experiencing several difficulties, frequently expressing frustration by pacing between the car and his van, slamming tools, and using profanity. He did not appear prepared for the task and seemed visibly unhappy to be there. Although the job was eventually completed, I noticed shortly after that my dash cam, which had been transferred during the installation, kept falling off the windscreen. I tried multiple times to reattach it without success. I later discovered that ETS had applied an incorrect, poor-quality sticky pad instead of the proper one. As a result, not only did the dash cam repeatedly fall off, but the pad they used left stubborn residue on my windscreen. It took considerable time and effort to remove the sticky remnants, and I was unable to reapply my original 3M double-sided adhesive pad until the fake one was fully removed. Overall, the experience was frustrating and inconvenient, and I would urge ETS to review their quality control when it comes to materials used and professionalism of field staff.

Outstanding service today from all the team at ETS from the phone call with Emma, to Spencers helpful a efficient work I can’t recommend them enough for anyone after quick repairs and replacements to car windows. The quality of the window they replaced for me today was just identical to my original car windows. Not the thin glass that all other places put in! I’m not complaining about the price either. Fantastic work guy’s I’m very pleased with the service provided!
