E & S Services was amazing to work with as we transitioned into our new home— Lifesavers! Prior to moving in, there was a plumbing issue that caused floor damage to the existing beautiful hardwood. E & S coordinated the insurance coverage and the repairs without any issue! They provided excellent work in refinishing our hardwood flooring and repairing any associated damage.Fantastic communication and follow through from beginning to end. We really appreciated that they frequently stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned, and they even paved the way for the extra touches that brought a cohesive and beautiful end result! They will be our "go-to" for further needs!

I highly recommend E&S Services! We used them for our apartment turnover clean season and they did amazing! The quality of work was great, and they are easy to communicate with. We also had a large tree limb fall on a house and they removed it for us doing a great job as well.

Mediocre apartment cleaning. Appliances were great, but floors and cabinets were left sticky. Maybe okay if you're a slum lord looking for cheap.
