Went for a birthday party and enjoyed the company and karaoke! Good selection of music and food was decent. Be aware that if you’d like a drink, there is no bar open, not the one featured in pictures on reviews. There was a selection of wines and beer behind the check-in counter. But buyer beware, the upscale of their alcohol is horrendous. Ended up buying a bottle of white wine, Ferrari Carano… currently sold at Safeway for $11.99. They charged $78! When asked if they had a cold bottle, they told us no. Believe it or not, that was one of the cheaper bottles. Plan to enjoy a drink somewhere else before singing!

I was super disappointed with this place. Despite the pandemic being over for quite some time, they’re still charging a 20% “COVID-related” service fee, which feels completely unjustified. The staff went over the karaoke rules, made us sign an agreement, and even required us to leave an ID, which seemed unnecessary and excessive. The worst part was the pricing. It’s around $60 per hour, but when we tried to leave after an hour, they told us there’s a mandatory two-hour minimum. This was never mentioned to us, and when we pushed back, they insisted we had been informed and pointed to one of papers on the wall as “proof.” It felt dishonest and frustrating. If the karaoke itself had been great, we might have stayed willingly, but it was awful. There was no remote control, so we had to walk up to the screen to select songs every time. Most of the music was pirated YouTube downloads with poor audio quality, full of noise, and completely unplayable—especially the Korean and Japanese songs. Many were remakes to bypass copyright, so they weren’t even the original tracks. All in all, it was the worst karaoke experience I’ve ever had. With the service fee and other charges, we ended up paying $150 for two hours of frustration. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

It’s my first time here and I absolutely loved it! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and reasonable prices. Plus, with the current promotion, it’s perfect for a fun outing with friends!

I came to celebrate my friends birthday; the staff was nice and friendly! The room was clean and big— and not as hot/humid as other karaoke spots. I recommend this place for a fun time with friends plus yummy food!

Tried this place thru DoorDash for late night work, it was alright but can be better. Since the only options were fast food until I came up upon this spot.

很棒 nice services and reasonable prices! You can enjoy meals and they are included in the KTV’s hourly rates

Food was tasty, good portion, fair price. Service was slow with only one waitress/cashier on the floor. It can take 15 -30 minutes to get your food cooked. Kitchen has two person working. The menu is just too many items to choose from.

Amazing food, great sound/security system. Rooms were great. Unfortunately no romanization for Asian songs, but I was able to work around that with the great network reception in the room.

Very out dated place with horrible food and service. 4 of us wanted to have some fun here, but the service was so bad, we were worried that we did any thing "wrong" so the waitress could be unhappy and refused to serve us. We ordered a few things, like fish, chicken wings, tofu and other stuff, they were cooked exactly the same way, deep fried and same sauce. We didn't even finish the small portion, because they were so bad. The tofu was probably the only stuff eatable. They charge 20% service fee automatically so make sure you are aware of that The service was horrible too. The waitress didn't want to come to your room for orders, because she thought it was too loud, we had to come out for anything we needed. Songs there were not too bad, so if you just want to do karaoke thing, it's ok, but not with food.

Good spot for Chinese food near the airport, check the cafe opening hours before you stop by. I love their food, Hong Kong style fast food. Usually very quiet here. Credit cards accepted here, if you want something else besides pizzas and hot dogs from Costco this is the restaurant you want to visit.
