I was super disappointed with this place. Despite the pandemic being over for quite some time, they’re still charging a 20% “COVID-related” service fee, which feels completely unjustified. The staff went over the karaoke rules, made us sign an agreement, and even required us to leave an ID, which seemed unnecessary and excessive. The worst part was the pricing. It’s around $60 per hour, but when we tried to leave after an hour, they told us there’s a mandatory two-hour minimum. This was never mentioned to us, and when we pushed back, they insisted we had been informed and pointed to one of papers on the wall as “proof.” It felt dishonest and frustrating. If the karaoke itself had been great, we might have stayed willingly, but it was awful. There was no remote control, so we had to walk up to the screen to select songs every time. Most of the music was pirated YouTube downloads with poor audio quality, full of noise, and completely unplayable—especially the Korean and Japanese songs. Many were remakes to bypass copyright, so they weren’t even the original tracks. All in all, it was the worst karaoke experience I’ve ever had. With the service fee and other charges, we ended up paying $150 for two hours of frustration. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

It’s very nice place for karaoke! The music library is complete! bass was great, too. Great atmosphere. Very good service attitude. The food was surprisingly good, too, and the fried chicken wings were delicious.

The audio equipment here is very good, the overall environment is very clean, and I heard that the food is from Hong Kong. It’s really delicious! And the service is very good, and they will take the initiative to chat with us.

I had a terrible experience at this karaoke place for my friend's birthday party. First, the reception desk was extremely unprofessional. We called ahead to ask if they had seats and a room for around 10 people. The receptionist asked how long we'd be there, and we told her 2-3 hours. She said it was fine and asked when we could arrive. We told her we'd be there in about 20 minutes. However, when we arrived, she suddenly told us that they hadn't guaranteed a room and that we needed to have paid a deposit in advance. If there was no room available, why tell us to come in the first place? We wouldn't have driven all the way there if we knew! After some back and forth, at least the receptionist realized we had just called 20 minutes ago and finally compromised by providing us a room. While we appreciated the effort, this situation could have been avoided with clearer communication from the start. Second, once we arrived, it was already very late, and the service was awful. There was only one server managing multiple rooms, so we had to go to the front desk ourselves to order everything, which was incredibly inconvenient given that we had over 10 people. The food took an hour to arrive, and by then, some of our friends had to leave without eating. Overall, this was a terrible customer experience. They operate in such an old-fashioned way--no proper reservation system, can't keep their promises, and no online food ordering. Re: The receptionist specially requested to come to the front desk and ordered food and she never even mentioned the light at all

Food was tasty, good portion, fair price. Service was slow with only one waitress/cashier on the floor. It can take 15 -30 minutes to get your food cooked. Kitchen has two person working. The menu is just too many items to choose from.
