E-Foil USA

Excellent foiling school with professional instructors and a systematic approach to teach e-foiling or wing-foiling. I came for four days with 7 two-hours sessions. I did 2 e-foiling sessions to master the foiling part, and 5 sessions at 15-25kn wind speed out on the bay. Both Paula and Wade are great instructors who are specific in their feedback, correct your mistakes, and take you one level up with each session. The equipment is well maintained and modern. I think it’s important to come with the right mindset: while e-foiling is fun, relaxing and super fast to learn (up on the board and flying in the first session), wing foiling demands some determination, perseverance, and most importantly a constructive teacher that is able to give specific input on how to correct the many mistakes you will do. The instructors are clear and attentive, which enabled me to make fast progress. Since the school has several board, foil and wing sizes available, you get the right equipment for every condition. We also changed wing sizes out on the sea when needed. So, if you just want to have fun on the efoil or if you are committed to learn wing foiling, this is the right place! Showers and dressing rooms are available on site in the USA sailing center. Would always come back and highly recommend it.

I just completed an efoil lesson with my 2 kids 15 / 13 and we had a blast. Paula gave us great instructions / equipment and brought us to a cove where it was nice and calm even though the wind was blowing pretty good. My son and I were up and foiling within 15 - 20 min and my daughter got the hang of it towards the end of the lesson. Note that we have a good amount of experience wakeboarding which certainly helped but anyone with decent balance should be able to get the hang of it. Overall I highly recommend trying to efoil.

Great instructors, great product, best efoil hydrofoil option for Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Broward, and South Florida. We were visiting from out of town and both kids wanted to learn how to efoil. They both got up and foiled in their 90 minute double lesson. Instructors were great, location was perfect. If you are looking I highly recommend this is the right place to check out. Easy to deal with by phone, text and email. Fast to reply. Waiver was easy. Instructors followed the kids out in a boat, the lessons were in front of the marina next door. It was hard for us to see them - they took great video and pics for us to share. It’s an hour drive from Ft Lauderdale - worth the trip.

Paula is a fantastic instructor and we had a blast being with her. This was my second time foiling and she got me very close to being able to foil. I think I need another hour with her and I will get it. That says more about her instruction than my skill!

What a BLAST! Paula's instructions (verbal and on the water) were easy to follow. She effectively explained what to expect throughout the lesson on land and on the water. How she can give instruction, take photos and multi-task while E-foiling is impressive! Location to launch and the waters are beginner friendly. Really appreciate the professionalism and customer service given. Returned calls are same day. Def recommend E-Foil USA!

This has been one of the best experiences I've had in Miami!! Paula was an amazing instructor. She has the process down to a science and helps you learn the technique in no time. I was able to stand up on the board during my first lesson, and I've never been on any type of foil before. The feeling was ecstatic and I'll never forget the sense of flying over the water. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone and can't wait to try it again!

Paula and her team are a DREAM! Flexible schedule, lots of availability, positive and encouraging learning environment. Once I got started with lessons, they proactively reached out depending on the forecast and their schedule to help me use up my package and keep up my momentum on developing new skills. I also met other newbies through them so I had buddies to practice outside of lessons.

Incredible experience. Joseph was great. He was very patient and encouraging. This has been on my bucket list for a while and I’m so glad I did it. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
