I feel scammed. I asked for a quote for a pre move in clean, for which I expected a deep clean with the price they gave me. All they did was a quick Hoover and surface clean which took them 2 hours, but charged me triple their normal fee. They didn’t clean inside cupboards or microwave/oven and I still found many untouched spots after. They were quite quick to leave, and it’s probably my own fault for paying them before I’d done a proper inspection. When I messaged them my disappointment they stated they’d come back to do another clean, but never responded to me after that.

I have been a customer of E & E cleaning services for over 3 years now and they are a pleasure to work with. Very reliable and the quality of work is excellent. Eric and Eli are lovely people and are always so flexible when needed. I trust them wholeheartedly, giving them keys so they can clean the house while I’m away, so great to come back to a spotless home. I highly recommend them! :)
