Was experiencing toothache for almost months. Was too painful. Came here today for tooth extraction. My case was handled by Dr.Chin. She was so friendly, handled me to nicely. She explained everything in ordering, how will the process goes, what are alternatives to do if extraction never happens today. Never experienced such a good process before this. Was so happy and relieved. Much recommended clinic. The staffs are also so friendly and helpful. The only dental clinic opens early morning and its so helpful. Hope they can have more branches soon.

My family and I have been visiting this clinic for the past year, and we have consistently had wonderful experiences. In fact, we have been so pleased with their services that we recently recommended the clinic to my sister as well. I recently completed a year-long dental implant treatment under the care of Dr Edmund Ooi, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dr Edmund is an exceptional dental surgeon, personable, patient, meticulous and incredibly gentle. He takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly, making sure I understand the treatment and feel comfortable throughout. His attention to detail and genuine concern for his patients are truly reassuring. The other dentists at the clinic are equally professional and thorough. My family members see them for their regular dental cleaning and maintenance, and they have always been very happy with the care they receive. A special mention also goes to the nurses and supporting staff, who are consistently polite, friendly and helpful. They make every visit a pleasant experience. Beyond the excellent dental care, I also appreciate the clinic's reasonable pricing and transparency. It is reassuring to find a dental practice that combines quality treatment, professionalism and genuine patient care. A heartfelt thank you to Dr Edmund and the entire E & E Dental Clinic team. I’ve had a great experience with E&E Dental Clinic in Johor for both my root canal treatment and Invisalign journey. For the root canal, the dentist was very professional and reassuring throughout the process. They took the time to explain each step clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and the follow-up care was thorough to make sure everything healed properly. I also started my Invisalign treatment here, and the experience has been equally positive. The team provided a detailed consultation, showing me what to expect and how my teeth would gradually shift. They were patient with all my questions and made sure the aligners fit well. Progress checks have been smooth, and I can already see noticeable improvements.

Did a last min check if there’s any appt slot on Monday, and glad that it has. This is my 2nd visit after 2 years. Was attended to by Dr Kyden. He was gentle, meticulous and making the experience a great and painless one. I went for Package A. Other than the scary dental equipment sound as usual, the experience was great with him and the dental assistant. They have definitely made the dental experience a super pleasant one! Appreciate this place with such great doctors and nurses to take care of our teeth! 🦷

Dr. Kyden is consistently gentle and approachable, delivering excellent teeth whitening results every single time. I explicitly request him for my treatments. He never overpromises, instead providing straightforward facts and transparent advice on what to expect. Given that my teeth are relatively sensitive, I appreciate that they offer a single-cycle treatment option here, which achieves great results without causing discomfort. Additionally, their WhatsApp support team is exceptionally responsive and accommodating when it comes to adjusting appointment schedules.

The treatment was affordable compared with Spore, and Dr Edmund was professional and reassuring. The extraction was fast and smooth, with little pain or discomfort. I had an exceptional session with Dr Melissa Chin 😭 I have jaw problem and a biofilm/unbalanced biomiome issue in my gum, which always results in small black dots. Dr Melissa patiently corrected by flossing and brushing technique (i've always thought i was on top of taking care of my oral hygiene and her session taught me so much more!) i also have jaw problem and cannot open my mouth super wide, she was gentle and expert with her techniques... This is hands down the best dental session I've ever had, very glad I got treatment from her 💖😇🤍

I just want to share my pleasant experience in this clinic. I’m usually scared to do dental procedures but Dr Choo Q J made me my experience a good one.She was assisted by ayuni. My husband recently went for a root canal treatment with Dr Yeow Wen Yang, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and distressing experience. The procedure was extremely rough and very painful. Midway through, they even had to change room because the instruments in the first room were dull which felt highly unprofessional and concerning. Proper equipment should be checked and prepared before starting any procedure. There was also a lack of proper consultation and clear explanation from Dr Yeow, which resulted in us having to return again. The delay in completing the treatment left my husband in significant pain and caused several sleepless nights. On top of that, we were charged additional consultation fees that felt unnecessary, especially since the follow-up visits were due to incomplete treatment and insufficient explanation from the beginning. To make matters worse, another dentist later informed us that the clinic does not have the proper equipment required for this treatment and recommended that we seek care at another clinic. This was extremely frustrating, as this should have been communicated clearly from the start instead of putting my husband through unnecessary pain and expenses. Think twice before coming here! We hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards in equipment readiness, transparency and patient care.
