I’ve had a great experience with E&E Dental Clinic in Johor for both my root canal treatment and Invisalign journey. For the root canal, the dentist was very professional and reassuring throughout the process. They took the time to explain each step clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and the follow-up care was thorough to make sure everything healed properly. I also started my Invisalign treatment here, and the experience has been equally positive. The team provided a detailed consultation, showing me what to expect and how my teeth would gradually shift. They were patient with all my questions and made sure the aligners fit well. Progress checks have been smooth, and I can already see noticeable improvements.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Edmund for providing the excellent brace treatment. He is very gentle & patient during the treatment. There is big improvement and difference between before and after the treatment. I have just completed my treatment and collected my retainer today, and I am truly satisfied and happy with the result!

I had an exceptional session with Dr Melissa Chin 😭 I have jaw problem and a biofilm/unbalanced biomiome issue in my gum, which always results in small black dots. Dr Melissa patiently corrected by flossing and brushing technique (i've always thought i was on top of taking care of my oral hygiene and her session taught me so much more!) i also have jaw problem and cannot open my mouth super wide, she was gentle and expert with her techniques... This is hands down the best dental session I've ever had, very glad I got treatment from her 💖😇🤍

My 10 year old son complained of a loose tooth. Went to E&E for the first time. The reception counter was fast and efficient. The assts in the room were friendly. Dr. Yeow was very gentle and explained things to my son and me. It was over in minutes and my son was surprised that he didn’t feel any pain at all! 😄

Came here to test out the place based on recommendations. There was minimal wait time though I was a walk-in within half hour of opening time. That's good and the registering was too easy in fact. First, I was assigned a random dentist for basic scaling and polishing. She promptly displayed a board in front of my face showing 3 tiers of polishing, insisting that only the premium treatment would clear all the coffee stains on the front teeth. Somehow I knew that I would not have a good cleanup like I do back in SG, after I opted for the basic treatment. I don't get this kind of touting usually. My dentists go all out to clean well for a fixed fee. True enough, this dentist did scaling quickly and showed me how the stains could not be removed. They would have been cleared easily at my usual dentists. Dentist also had habit of asking detailed questions while I lay there with my mouth gaping and not able to talk. Next, the dental assistant was really in need of training. She pressed the dental stick at odd angles and pressed it so hard that it hurt, despite my alerts. My inner lip had sores later. Overall, the only draw is the half to two-third pricing of a basic scaling/polishing job.

My family and I have been with E&E Dental Surgery for the past many years. The receptionists are very friendly, and making appointments via WhatsApp has always been fuss-free. Most importantly, the clinic is very clean, the equipment is readily available for different treatments, and the doctors are all highly professional. The regular doctor I see is Dr. Choo Qiao Jie. Dr. Choo is always very detailed when explaining my procedures. She has a very gentle touch, and I experience zero discomfort under her care. A year ago, I decided to straighten my teeth and was recommended Invisalign. The biggest surprise was that my jaw lock issue gradually improved, and now I am completely free from jaw locking. Dr. Choo has been very patient and kind throughout my Invisalign journey. I highly recommend everyone to visit E&E Dental Surgery for all your dental needs.

My husband recently went for a root canal treatment with Dr Yeow Wen Yang, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and distressing experience. The procedure was extremely rough and very painful. Midway through, they even had to change room because the instruments in the first room were dull which felt highly unprofessional and concerning. Proper equipment should be checked and prepared before starting any procedure. There was also a lack of proper consultation and clear explanation from Dr Yeow, which resulted in us having to return again. The delay in completing the treatment left my husband in significant pain and caused several sleepless nights. On top of that, we were charged additional consultation fees that felt unnecessary, especially since the follow-up visits were due to incomplete treatment and insufficient explanation from the beginning. To make matters worse, another dentist later informed us that the clinic does not have the proper equipment required for this treatment and recommended that we seek care at another clinic. This was extremely frustrating, as this should have been communicated clearly from the start instead of putting my husband through unnecessary pain and expenses. Think twice before coming here! We hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards in equipment readiness, transparency and patient care.

I have been trying to contact your clinic via online forms and via emails since then but I have not received any reply or confirmation from your staff (Neesa, JC...). As suggested after the dental surgical operation it would have been good to have a follow up. It was my first visit to this dental clinic and I was attended to by Dr. Melissa. I did scaling and also got a night guard for my bruxism. The whole experience was very pleasant—Dr. Melissa was meticulous, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was patient with all my questions and made the entire process very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Friendly, fast and efficient staff. I was treated by Dr Jeanie, very patient, knowledgeable and kind doctor. I came here for teeth whitening procedure and it did not disappoint. Teeth was instantly 2 shades whiter. I had an ulcer and doctor Ng was gentle during the whole process. Thumbs up.
