Friendly, fast and efficient staff. I was treated by Dr Jeanie, very patient, knowledgeable and kind doctor. I came here for teeth whitening procedure and it did not disappoint. Teeth was instantly 2 shades whiter. I had an ulcer and doctor Ng was gentle during the whole process. Thumbs up.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Edmund for providing the excellent brace treatment. He is very gentle & patient during the treatment. There is big improvement and difference between before and after the treatment. I have just completed my treatment and collected my retainer today, and I am truly satisfied and happy with the result!

One thing we especially appreciate is how the clinic handled my mother’s situation. She is a wheelchair patient, and the team did not turn us away when we want to make appointment. On the visit day, the staff thoughtfully prepared a portable slider/ramp to help us safely move her wheelchair in and out of the clinic. This level of care and inclusiveness truly meant a lot to our family. We are also very thankful to the attending dentist for her responsible and patient approach. Rather than rushing into treatment, she went the extra mile to consult another dentist in a hospital and provided us with careful, medically appropriate advice based on my mother’s stroke history. It was very reassuring to see that the focus was on my mother’s safety and condition, not on pushing unnecessary or expensive procedures. In addition, the Helpdesk team has been excellent. Their WhatsApp responses are always prompt, clear and helpful, which makes communication very smooth and stress-free for us. Overall, we genuinely feel cared for by the team at E&E Dental. It was my first visit to this dental clinic and I was attended to by Dr. Melissa. I did scaling and also got a night guard for my bruxism. The whole experience was very pleasant—Dr. Melissa was meticulous, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was patient with all my questions and made the entire process very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I did scaling, polishing, and whitening with Dr. Low today, and it was easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I usually hate scaling, but Dr. Low is incredibly professional, calm, and very attentive to detail. She somehow makes even the most uncomfortable parts feel relaxing, I love how observant she is, she picks up on my non-verbal feedback and adjust right away, which made me feel so cared for. I especially appreciated the gentle “mini massages” she gave my gums when they felt sensitive. It really helped me stay comfortable throughout! Dr. Low also patiently explains every step and the importance of each procedure, but without over-explaining, just enough for me to understand easily and feel at ease. During whitening, her choice of soothing music made the whole experience feel more like a spa than a dental visit, I was this close to falling asleep haha! Overall, Dr. Low’s professionalism, skill, and genuine care truly stand out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a comfortable and top-quality dental experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My husband recently went for a root canal treatment with Dr Yeow Wen Yang, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and distressing experience. The procedure was extremely rough and very painful. Midway through, they even had to change room because the instruments in the first room were dull which felt highly unprofessional and concerning. Proper equipment should be checked and prepared before starting any procedure. There was also a lack of proper consultation and clear explanation from Dr Yeow, which resulted in us having to return again. The delay in completing the treatment left my husband in significant pain and caused several sleepless nights. On top of that, we were charged additional consultation fees that felt unnecessary, especially since the follow-up visits were due to incomplete treatment and insufficient explanation from the beginning. To make matters worse, another dentist later informed us that the clinic does not have the proper equipment required for this treatment and recommended that we seek care at another clinic. This was extremely frustrating, as this should have been communicated clearly from the start instead of putting my husband through unnecessary pain and expenses. Think twice before coming here! We hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards in equipment readiness, transparency and patient care.

Good morning Dr E. Ooi, thank you for seeing me on 31 January. I have been trying to contact your clinic via online forms and via emails since then but I have not received any reply or confirmation from your staff (Neesa, JC...). As suggested after the dental surgical operation it would have been good to have a follow up. I would really appreciate if you could ask your staff to email me to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. I thank you for your assistance on this matter.

Me and my husband has a great experience at the dental clinic. Our dentists are Dr Chin & Dr Chiang. Both were gentle and explained in details to us. Nurse assistant and front desk are very welcoming as well! We will be back!

Been to Dr. Low MY at E&E Dental a few times now. After many years of dental visits, she’s easily one of the most dedicated dentists I’ve met. She explains everything patiently, works gently every time, and never makes me feel rushed. I just felt really grateful today and wanted to share a little note of thanks. q(o.o)p

I was treated by Dr Rina today. She communicates well and is clearly patient centric. Previous dentist Dr Chong wasn't available and she's just as good. Not forgetting the staff who were friendly and the visit was a positive experience. Highly recommended.
