Very kind and personable. DeJuan was reachable with prompt responses. Thank you for explaining the issue with my refrigerator and describing the service needed. He completed the repair with ease, allowed me to clean behind the refrigerator and the floor before returning it to its position. His assessment, repair, and clean up was completed in 50 minutes. Thank you for super service. You are respectful, organized and a man of integrity.
