Dynamic Detailing and Tint

Just picked up a brand new Explorer ST and messaged Dynamic literally a day later so I could get it sorted out & protected with PPF (paint protection film) + ceramic coating before our lovely Maryland roads had a chance to do any damage, and also had them add tint on the front windows. Dennis was super responsive in working things out with a very reasonable cost for everything via email, got me on the schedule within a couple of days, and dropoff/pickup was a breeze. The work turned out great, aftercare instructions were very clear, and it's clear that they take their time to get it right vs turn and burn like a lot of shops around here. This is the second vehicle I've taken to Dynamic, and I'll definitely be back again after another one of mine gets fresh paint soon. Thanks again, guys! Really looking forward to the low maintenance on keeping this thing clean.

Top level customer service. Not a company looking to just collect profits. They actually care about their work and will ensure a quality service. Definitely recommend. I will be back with each and every car I obtain. They worked on my SQ5 and I’m very very pleased with the outcome.

I was really impressed with with how they handled the entire process. Everything from making the reservation, going over my options, the quality of the work, and how quickly they were able to get me in and out. Also, extremely friendly. I don't recall the two gentlemen's names that I spoke with, but great crew of people over there. I'm already planning to go back to do the windshield strip next week.

Recently moved to Maryland and failed my state inspection for the tint I already had on my car. The team at Dynamic Detailing was able to get me in super quick and were able to remove the tint in a little over an hour for a great price. They were thorough and super friendly during my visit. I will definitely come back for any future window tinting needs.

While I did have some issues with my tint initially, Dynamic stepped up and made things right. They worked with me to ensure the tint was corrected and that I walked away completely satisfied. The technician who completed the work, Justin, was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his craft. Justin took his time with my tint and went above and beyond to make sure it turned out exactly the way I wanted. Since I was waiting in the lobby, he checked in with me throughout the process, pointed out a few areas to keep an eye on, and made the whole experience positive. Dennis and his team are exceptional! I brought in my 2006 Toyota Matrix with 200k+ miles on it and you would think it's brand new after their diligent work. Thanks fellas!

The website was easy to schedule an appointment and select the services that I wanted. I arrived on time and they verified my selection and showed me an example of my tint shade. This was a great experience and I am really happy with the tint.

"okay" tint job. Paid for the higher end 3m Crystalline and ceramic install on a ~4 week old car with clean windows and interior. Process was quick, but not very impressed with install quality. Dust/creases: windshield and back hatch window both have one small crease ~1/2" in size. Windshield has a spot with roughly a dozen dirt particles within a 1" circle near the rear view mirror which is pretty obvious. Windshield also has no warranty, which seems to be the industry standard, but any large problem areas like this mean you're SOL. There are a few scattered dust spots on each window which is expected but doesn't inspire confidence. Edges: door windows have inconsistent gaps along the top edges. Looks like these are all hand cut, which is fine, but I would expect uniform coverage and clean lines. Didn't receive a warranty card for the other windows either, which is a little unusual...
