Our small business has been using Dymon Work refined for the past few years and couldn't be happier with the facilities and most of all the customer service. In particular Delminda at the concierge desk is responsive and caring to our companies' needs we are able to be as productive as possible every time our group uses the space.

Highly professional and enthusiastic personnel that always put a smile on your face. Multicultural representation makes it easier to deal with cultural differences among tenants. I was looking several weeks for the ideal space for my husband to work out of. He was separating from traditional retail and focusing more on growing a new e-commerce brand but his company needed a professional space with services that could adapt to their growth and an ideal space for Collaboration and presentations. Since coming to Work Refined by Dymon I have been so much more productive. Great collaborative space with different businesses and diverse backgrounds make this a place to be. Services like refreshments, coffee, full printing services, and monthly boardroom allotments where needed has changed the way our company has excelled during a difficult time and Dymon has been a big part of the success looking forward to expanding my team this year and moving into a bigger room Thank you Matt and team! Update! May 2021 . Thought it was relevant and important to touch on when our company left Dymon as we were opening a new retail location in Toronto. The exit was as seamless as arriving. We will continue to use their facilities once business re-opens for business meeting and other various uses. My overall experience was outstanding from the entire team especially Matt and Alice they provide the best service in this category bar none!

I had booked meeting space for two hours. We were about 5 mins late, then we were led by an associate to the room that we booked. The previous guys using the meeting space had not left the room when we arrived and we waited awhile for them to leave. The associate from DYMON did not even bother to sanitize the room!! we looked around but there was only a sanitizer and no wipes for the table. Few minutes into the meeting, I started experiencing connectivity issues. I could not even complete my meeting/presentation. What was a 1.5 hours meeting, finished within 25 minutes due to the issues. I emailed DYMON only regarding the connectivity issues and how it impacted my work. Hoping they would acknowledge the problem, instead they acted like "like here in Dymon workspace?". They offered me a 50% refund. Totally unprofessional, not recommended.

I've recently moved my business office to Dymon Work Refined in Etobicoke. I'm very impressed with the professionalism, integrity and overall work environment. I'm happy to call this my new "work home."
