Dwyers did my mother’s funeral last year. We had previously dealt with them for my stepfather’s funeral during Covid which they managed very well. Michelle was a God send for my family after my dad passed away. Having known the Dwyer’s for many many years, we felt it only right to look to them to support us through the most challenging time. Our family lost a beloved family member recently and we turned to Dwyer Family Funerals to carry out the funeral arrangements. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the moment we first contacted Michelle, she was there with us every step of the way holding our hands, both figuratively and literally. She understood how important it was to us that our loved one was carefully looked after and we felt a sense of enormous relief and comfort when Michelle told us that she had taken our loved one into her care, where we knew she would be treated with dignity. The day of the funeral itself was also handled by Michelle, John and their team with total professionalism, from start to finish. The service was beautiful and ran smoothly without a glitch. Finally, although it was probably the least of our concerns, the price offered by Dwyer Family Funerals was very competitive and much cheaper than you would pay with a larger corporate funeral company. With Dwyer Family Funerals we had personalised, attentive care from a family firm without all of the overheads of a large corporate company. We felt as though the service Michelle gave us was as good as she would have given to her own mother. So all in all, we owe Michelle and Dwyer Family Funerals an enormous debt of thanks. Thank you.
