Micheal and Mike recently repaired a leaking valve on one of the pipes on my water heater. When I first noticed the leak, I left messages with 3 plumbers, and Michael returned my call very quickly. He was on an emergency job but told me how to stop the leak by turning off the main water valve and opening up a faucet in the house to relieve the pressure. That worked like a charm and I could relax until he was able to come do the repair. When he arrived, he quickly replaced the valve and pipes involved, and Mike added brackets to support them. Both Michael and Mike were not only very efficient and knowledgeable but also extremely courteous.
