He is extremely responsive to communications, comes to your home, and spends whatever time is needed to discuss your health issues. His knowledge, understanding, and clear explanations are wonderful. He is experienced, thorough, comprehensive, and truly cares, and is a great partner to have in helping manage your health challenges. He has made a major difference to my well-being and health. If you are tired of waiting weeks/months to get an appointment, getting only 15 minutes to discuss your issues, or need someone to come to you, Dr. Duncan is the way to go. Dr. Duncan is the perfect physician for this working athlete mom of 3….before him I could never find the time to make appts to maintain my own health needs. Now, not only does he manage that for me but he is accessible and extremely thorough in his physicals and research. His proactive approach has provided me with the baselines needed for my age bracket (55) so that I can be ahead of the aging game physically. Everything from diet to cardiovascular, he takes the time to listen to me, and his follow up is above and beyond. And billing is so easy through monthly HSA withdrawals with no extra charge for same day urgent care. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan Health Direct Primary Care to everyone I talk to.

Dr. Duncan consistently goes above and beyond to provide compassionate, attentive, and thorough care to his patients. I’ve always appreciated the fact that he listens without judgment and makes sure I understand my options so that I feel empowered in every decision.

Dr. Duncan literally saved my life. I first met him on my second trip to the ER after being told by a different doctor that I had a simple case of strep throat that would resolve on its own. Spoilers it was getting worse not better and at 3am I found myself totally unable to breath while laying flat and drove to the ER again. As soon as Dr. Duncan saw me he could tell that I was actually sick and immediately got me medications to help me breath better and told me that in some people strep throat can actually make a pocket of infection at the back of your throat and recommended that I have a CT scan to look for it. The CT scan showed a "peritonsilar abscess" and I was admitted and transfered to baptist downtown for a specialist to use a needle to drain it (Not fun). I am so glad Dr. Duncan was there to give me a second opinion and as soon as I saw he was taking patients I signed up for him to be my primary care doctor. Next time I get sick I know I will get the right answer the first time!
