Want to support a great cause with a double impact?
Our friends at The Red Devils, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit benefiting Maryland breast cancer patients and their families, are holding their "Soles 4 Souls" Shoe Drive now through October 31st. (October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month)
A labeled donation box can be found in our lobby's vestibule for those interested in dropping off their donation of new or gently worn shoes (men's, women's, and kids' shoes including flip-flops, too).
The Red Devils will convert them into cash by the pound to benefit Maryland breast cancer families. All shoes are then donated to Fund2orgs to power Micro-Enterprises in developing countries. Attached to the box are small cards thanking you for your generous donation.
