My fiancé’s best friend was buried here in 2014, and he visits often. Just recently, he stopped by on his best friend’s birthday. He brought yellow flowers —and placed them in the broken vase (which management has known about). He added flower food and tied a birthday balloon to it. The very next day, another friend visited and took photos. The flowers were completely gone. The balloon was popped and lying on the ground. Judging by other reviews, this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s a pattern. And judging by management’s responses, they’re fully aware of how many families are unhappy. The fact that nothing changes makes one thing clear: they do not care. Since “constant lawn care is necessary” maybe they should hire more empathetic landscapers. I know it’s just work for them, but when someone is standing at a grave site grieving, a group of landscapers joking, laughing, and talking 20 feet away is extremely inconsiderate, bad enough they’re already bulldozing everything we put on a grave. It’s a beautiful place and I don’t want to bash it, but I wouldn’t choose them, personally. Be mindful and stay on top of things. Your efforts to honor your loved ones could be disrespected or erased, and although management will apologize and tell you it’s inevitable because they have “70 acres of land”it doesn't change the fact that these things we put on graves are expensive and you’re not putting it there to be ripped down at the end of the day. I’m still unsure how the amount of land you own, correlates to constant complaints of inconsiderate landscapers.
