Duke Warner Realty is a great office full of friendly and knowledgeable agents. They're the oldest independent office in town, and who wants to deal with a big chain company? Plus, the brokers are real people who ski, hike, run, cycle, fish, hunt, and enjoy the outdoors just as much as the people moving to town. Super weird. Don't post all their real estate listings, even on their own website, don't know how much their own listings are selling for and don't offer to check, and don't work weekends. Good luck. Update after response from owner: Misguided? ("unreasonable or unsuitable because of being based on bad judgment or on wrong information or beliefs") This was my exact experience with your company, so I don't think so. And yes, of course I looked through the "properties" section, where I think anyone would have expected the property to be listed, but it was not.
