Born and raised in Bend, Eric has a genuine connection to this community and a true understanding of the lifestyle, neighborhoods, and opportunities that make this area so special. As a Mountain View High School graduate and Linfield College alum with a degree in business, Eric brings both local insight and a strong strategic foundation to his real estate career.
Eric’s professional background is uniquely well-rounded, with experience in small business ownership, construction, and the title and escrow side of real estate. This diverse perspective allows him to guide clients confidently through every step of the buying and selling process, from understanding the land to navigating the closing table.

Outside of real estate, Eric stays busy with his family—cheering on his kids, playing soccer, and enjoying everything Central Oregon has to offer. He fully embraces the lifestyle he loves helping his clients find.
