I came in for an oil change and being the thorough technicians that they are, they performed a comprehensive safety check on my battery, tires, coolant, brake fluid, brakes, and even the overall exterior of my vehicle. They educate you on anything that they find wrong with your car and tell you the life expectancy of said issues, therefore not pressuring you (like other companies) to get the work done all at once. They also take 3rd party payment options and will give you an Uber if you need to drop your car off🤗 The manager, Mr. Anthony, was very welcoming, pleasant, honest, and stood by every word he said. I worked with Duggy’s Garage to install some new rims I purchased for my truck. There was the potential for some trimming or modifications because I went with some larger tires. Because of that, I trusted Duggy’s to do the job properly. They did a great job. They also ordered the tires I wanted and had them available same day. The team was very friendly, accommodating and transparent. In addition to installing the new wheels and tires, the Duggy team offered to deliver my original tires and rims to my house at no additional charge. That was very helpful. I would definitely use their services again.

Howdy. I have had my LX470 for about 4 years. It was well maintained and I wanted to give it a full PPI inspection before I put a few thousand dollars in upkeep, to make sure it looks good for the next few more years. I asked for a few maintenance items to be performed as well. On my list was to have an alignment performed. When I dropped it off the steering wheel straight prior to the alignment. Now the steering wheel is off center to the left and now pulls slightly to the right. Update…. Upon notifying the shop, the manager called and requested that I return the vehicle no questions asked.. I just picked up the truck and the steering and alignment is on point. Good service and quality work.

Everyone was very polite from the start of making the appointment and through the entire service. Anthony was very thorough in his explanations. Diagnosing my Honda CRV was a challenge but they worked multiple angles in getting a diagnosis. Anthony was generous in working with me on pricing for the battery, oil change and an unexpected cracked air intake tube. I will be back for the other services suggested for my car. Michael was very polite as well helping me at the front desk and answering my questions!
