Antonio and Nestor did a fantastic professional job. They took their time and worked on my apt for 6 hours. Cleaned and vacuumed before leaving. Absolutely the best!!!

These guys are great. Solid quoting process and admin follow up. James and Perdomo showed up with all the gear and tools. James and I went over the paperwork, scope, and he took the time to explain those options clearly. They took care to protect surfaces and were clearly efficient in their work—I'm in Operations in a paint contracting company, so I know about these things all too well! They cleaned all ducts, air handler, and grills taking them all outside the building and washing them (they coordinated with building maintenance for that). Then they sealed all boots and the plenum with an antimicrobial coating using a pretty sweet Graco machine (we’ve got a few of those at work!) and also reduced air blower speed to address humidity. Here we are the next morning, a night of cool, clean air and the place looks like there wasn't a moment of interruption. Thank you James and Perdomo, thanks Ductz team. Give them a call!

Humberto and Antonio came to my house this morning and I was totally unprepared for the job they did. They were so thorough and complete covering the house with plastic before they took out their machinery to clean the ducks any questions no matter how small before they did anything, they asked me For permission. I was asked to check even the smallest detail such as the white paint used to retouch the AC vent and the paint they used to touch up the area of the ceiling near the vent. We even did a walk-through when they completed to make sure they vacuumed up all the dust that did fall from the ductz when they took off the events. When I need a job done again

Had a fully clogged drain line and water leaking into the pan - with no cool air and an 88 degree house. Called Ductz and was able to get service and a fully fixed A/C the next day. Have already had them come back to install a UV light and drain line cleaner device. Antonio was great both times. I have had multiple cheaper companies come out in the past, and they would only ever seem to fix the visible issue, not the underlying problem. Ductz took care of both and I’m not using anyone else in the future.
