I think I spoke to the whole family - and I’d like to be adopted. From the first phone call through to the techs that completed the job, everything was smooth and perfect. My elderly house’s ductwork was in good hands and I now have such peace of mind with this crew. Bob, Tim, Ralph, and onsite Vince and Jayden took great care of me and my home.

I recommend Duct Diagnostics. I run a heating and air-conditioning company and refer all of our customers over to Ralph and Tim at Duct Diagnostics. I’ve worked with these guys on commercial duct cleaning projects, as well as residential duct cleaning projects. All of their team members from the sales staff to the field employees are great. We are very pleased!

This was my first experience with duct cleaning so I had no idea what to expect. Vincent and Kevin handled everything, including my questions and nosy dog, very professionally. The weather on the day of the service was heavy rain and wind all day but they covered up the floors so that there was no mess anywhere in the house. It was a very nice experience and a relief to know that everything is clean.

It all began about 3 months ago after a presentation at Duct Diagnostics in Milford, CT when 2 ceu's were being earned by CT Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI) member Tom Morgan. "These guys are great". Tom convinced me to have my ducts cleaned in my 1910 house. It made sense. I am the 4th or 5th owner of the house, and my guess is prior owners never had the ducts cleaned. So, at 7:45 a.m., I received a prompt call on my cell phone from Jim at Duct Diagnostics to confirm his arrival at my vacant rental property. He arrived at 8:00 a.m., was polite, professional and courteous. Two more employees arrived, Leo and Terry. Again, polite, professional and courteous. All three men were hard working, coordinating their plans. Jim informed me that removal of 100+ plus years of dust, dead mice and debris would not only allow for healthy air flow, but it would allow my natural gas-fired furnace to operate more efficiently. Wow. This service was worth every penny. The invoice included photos of my ducts, before and after. What a difference! After 4 hours, they were on their way. They recommend duct cleaning every six to ten years. Voila! I shall call them in the near future. You should too!

Bob and John were 100% professional, engaging, and informative. They explained all that was going to be completed from set up, protection to clean up. When the job was completed all was cleaned and back in place. As if there was ZERO disruption.

The 3 man cleaning crew was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Wherever the worked they cleaned up after themselves I thought the $2,850 price was excessive but I have nothing to compare it to I need to wait a week before I can judge the effectiveness of the cleaning I was shown pictures of the duct interior and they appear cleaner
