We have used Duck’s for a water heater installation, and replacement of our HVAC system. Alex and the team go above and beyond! Great communication, quick response time, knowledgeable and professional. They are reasonably priced and offer a maintenance contract that has paid for itself. Most importantly, they are so nice, and incredibly considerate and respectful while working in your home. I can’t say enough about this team!

My neighbors have used them and why I considered them. They’ve been to our house to give estimates on plumbing work. And one time I missed my appointment they were so gracious in understanding. They rescheduled no questions asked. Very personable, professional (covered shoes before entry), and easy to communicate with. Getting a hot water heater replaced. Didn’t have hot water in one of our bathrooms on demand. They intelligently suggested to replace our (26 yr old) hot water heater and getting a recirculating line rather than install insta-hot water heaters under our sinks. In this manner we would get hot water to a shower, a tub and 2 sinks. They also found what many other plumbers were unable to locate (a recirculating pump attachment); this team that came today was the first to locate what everybody else missed. I was referred to Duck's Plumbing by my daughter, who had received excellent service from the business previously. (See Yelp review by Alayna!). I called Duck's about a leaking bathroom tub faucet in our rental and was able to set up a same-day appointment within a few hours of my call. I sent pictures of the tub faucet assembly in advance, which allowed them to bring the part which was most likely the problem with them when they arrived. They gave me a 2-hour window when they would arrive, and called to let me know exactly when they'd be there so I could meet them. Upon arrival, Saul and the other technician took care to wear shoe booties to keep the carpet and flooring clean. Because I'd sent them pictures of the faucet they had the correct part for the repair, the right tools for the job, and were able to make the repair and complete the job within 30 minutes. They ensured the faucet was no longer leaking before cleaning up. I was able to pay by credit card and I received a receipt immediately. There was no charge for an estimate - just the cost for the repair. Saul speaks Spanish, so he was able to communicate with our tenant, which I'm sure made her feel more comfortable about having him in her home. Both men were friendly, respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business - it's nice to have a job done right the first time! Great experience with Ducks for both plumbing (gas and water) and air (installation of mini split). They were super knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the outcome of each job, and had a thorough understanding of the work done and the new improvements. Highly recommend!

Quick and easy to schedule. And the dudes that came out were most excellent to work with. They showed up early to fix the blockage because they knew I'd want to get a shower in as early in the morning as possible. Very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.

Super efficient & very personable. Saul showed me where the issues were and did a beautiful job on my shower & feed lines. Additionally, it was a messy job cutting into the wall, but he cleaned up everything before heading out. Very satisfied!
