I had a very positive experience with Duckhead Repair and the technician Jim. I contacted Duckhead Repair when my oven suddenly stopped working. I called on a Saturday morning and had an appointment booked later that day with Jim. Jim is punctual, polite, professional and very thorough. He was able to diagnose the issue and provided pricing for the repair. He obtained the needed part and returned the next day right on time. Jim fixed the oven and advised me on how to help prevent the issue from happening again. I am so happy to have called Duckhead Repair and am so pleased with how quickly my oven was fixed.
