Dublin Plumbers Co-op

On Thursaday evening around 7pm 9th October we discovered that there was water coming from a light in a bedroom. We contacted Patrick who, very calmly talked us through what needed to be done, mains turned off etc. By 10pm the water has stopped and we were able to get a nights sleep. He assured us that a plumber would be with us the following morning. At 9.30am on Friday morning a plumber arrived and by 11am the problem with the water tank had been diagnosed and repaired. I had an excellent experience with Dublin Plumbers Co-op after discovering a leak in my home. The plumber was efficient, tidy, and carried out the work to a very high standard. He was also extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to offer clear advice and practical tips while completing the job. Overall, a professional service that I would highly recommend.

We contacted Patrick in a crisis late last night (16th April) as the person who was supposed to install our new toilet let us down at the last moment. Patrick came back to us immediately, reassured us that he could help and had a plumber out with us early this morning at 9.15 (17th April) and had our new toilet installed by 11.00 am. Now that’s what I call a service! We’re delighted. Thank you so much.

Rapid response to my toilet issue. The problem was resolved quickly. The customer service and follow-up were fantastic. I will recommend them any day.

We had huge issue with full blocked drain basically everywhere. Both toilets, bath, shower. The blockage was very serious and the dirty water was spilling out from our toilet and shower tray on the floor! It was late evening and we had to find proper plumber. Time was ticking. After few phonecalls only Dublin Plumbers Co-Op were able to help immediately and didn't want us to wait for at least 4 hours or book the service next day. In a short while Patrick has arrived and provided professional service straight away. Without any doubts fixed our problem straight away. We were delighted about the fact he was working so hard didn't want to give up till he fixed the issue. The right person in the right place at the right time! We are highly recommend this company!

Had a leak on our premises this morning when we arrived at 6:00 am. Water flowing out - urgently rang looking for a plumber - Mick arrived just after 10:00 and identified the problem and fixed it immediately and checked everything out. Highly recommend the who team for responsiveness and quality.

Absolutely appalled by the service from this company. We called them out to fix a leak in our hot press, and the main plumber sent his colleague. It cost €280, which, while very expensive, we didn’t mind paying since it was an emergency. The plumber spent only about 10 minutes on the job and told us it was a simple fix. We were reassured that the issue was resolved with peace of mind we went away for a 4 day trip and we trusted them that everything was fixed. But then when we came back 4 days later, the pipe was leaking again, and our kitchen ceiling was completely destroyed with water damage! When we called to complain, the plumber had the audacity to say it wasn’t their fault because the pipe was defective, and all their job was to do was to tighten the bolt. Why weren’t we told about the defective pipe or given any other option to fix it properly? They couldn’t—or more likely, wouldn’t—provide any solution or resolution, considering they didn’t inform us adequately of the risk of the leak happening again. They failed in the emergency plumbing job they were paid to provide, and not only that, they failed to offer any resolution for the problem they caused. Instead of taking any responsibility, they got defensive and aggressive when we raised legitimate concerns. This entire experience has been a disaster. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude have caused unnecessary stress and damage. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Came quickly to fix a blocked drain - responsive, friendly and got the issue sorted the same morning. Would use again. Thanks!
