DO NOT USE. I booked earlier on in the morning and was told I could make a cash payment, for a concrete footing pour which I had brick layers booked in for the following day. No one arrived to the job upon calling to there very rude office I was told they couldn’t find a house address and was just saying it looked like a field, obviously the footing are in place for the building being built in said field. I’m now liable to have to pay a days wages to the lads booked in the next day as I’m unable to get the footings in place, I advise using a different company. Would have happily made the bank transfer giving the notice so I could go to the bank and arrange it. Unable to do this at 4pm and with no prior contact or follow up call from the office.

Fantastic service, needed a skip at short notice and Dave went out of his way to get me one with a drop down door which he delivered very promptly the next day. The price l was given was also very reasonable and competitive. Would certainly recommend to others and personally use again,

I needed a skip at relatively last minute (2 days before I knew I needed one) and rang up on Sunday. DTM were able to handle my request and at a reasonable price for a 6 yard skip. It’s great to support a local company for this and I got to speak to the owner himself when I had follow up questions on pick up.

I emailed DTM on the weekend enquiring about a skip + 4 tonne of aggregate (Type 1 + gravel). I received an email + a phone call Monday morning confirming they could meet my requirements, with next day drop off! I received high quality customer service by both the office staff and driver. I then had to change my order which was dealt with efficiently and professionally. I have since gone back and ordered more aggregate due to the service and quality of product I have received. I would highly recommend their services.

DTM skips. Used this firm today and they are fast efficient reliable and great price. Albert who did the delivery put the skip exactly where I wanted it and explained the levels I could fill the skip to, he was polite and courteous and I would highly recommend this firm so five stars given. Sales lady very helpful too.

Don't use this company ! We ordered a skip and they did not show up till 4:00pm that day. We asked to have it collected the nest day and they said no problem. Next day came and they said they were too busy! It would need to sit on drive all weekend. Called another local company (SB Skips) they delivered within an hour and the driver even helped me load the skip and took it all away the same day. There are much better options out there!

I had a very tight schedule due to lack of space. DTM were happy to listen and managed to get the skip on and off my property on time. It's great to give business to such a nice, comparatively-priced, well-run family company. I'll be using them in the future and they'll be my first recommendation to anyone asking.

Thank you so much for getting here this morning in the snow to take away the skip you brought yesterday and deliver another. Your service has been excellent and very friendly especially Gemma in the office. Will always use you again and recommend anyone to do the same.

Have had skips from dtm skips and can not thank them enough for an excellent service. Ordered skip through Gemma on the internet to be delivered on Monday and for an early change over for another skip first thing on Tuesday and jay the driver was so accommodating hi was there to his word bang on agreed time with a courtesy phone call 30mins before delivery both times to inform us he was on his way. All i can do is say a big thank you to David, Gemma and Jay for brilliant service and will be recommending and using you again.

When we made enquiries about having a skip we was told it was for 7 days, but if we needed it gone earlier give them a call and they will pick it up. Great we thought, they delivered Saturday and over the next couple of days we filled it. We phoned Tuesday morning and said we was finished and could they pick up and was told we was on the list. Wednesday, phoned again and was told we was on the list skip still here, Thursday, skip still here, Friday, skip still here, Saturday I am on the phone trying to find out what's going on. I phoned the mobile number and was told he would get back to me in 20 minutes, approx 2 hours later still no one has called so I called mobile for an update and the mobile is switched off, Skip is still here From a very DISSATISFIED customer. will I use this company again NO.
