Our experience with this company for our wedding was just okay. Leading up to the wedding, planning and coordination was fine. Marty was organized and explained things thoroughly. We paid an additional fee to choose our DJ. They had double booked so we were refunded and assigned someone else- no big deal. Towards the end of planning we decided to use the company's photo booth as well. Unfortunately the graphic overlay said the wrong last name for the majority of the pictures, and guests were not able to print, which was the main reason we chose their photo booth over our venues. They were unable to assist in fixing this issue at our wedding. We were refunded in full and they emailed us copies of the fixed graphics. Our actual DJ was okay. He was open to suggestions when it came to music, but several guests asked us to have him turn up his mic as he was a bit soft spoken. If we could do it again, we may have had more music suggestions prepped ahead of time to help get things going during the later part of the reception. Overall we had some blips with music transitions and not knowing what things were on our itinerary, but I think this could have easily been resolved with meeting with our actual DJ ahead of time rather than just Marty.
