WOW! What a difference dryex Owner Michael D.Ellis made. I spent over an hour reviewing the competing ads for carpet cleaning. His diverse abilities as well as years in servicing the community made it a no-brainer. I left a message on his website late that evening and received a prompt response to set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in our options and outcomes with absolutely no pressure. I was very skeptical at first at their ability to be able to get our 40-year-old carpet clean. He was very reassuring and began work immediately. I watched him perform his work and was amazed at how clean the carpet was coming. By the time he had finished, the carpet looked and felt brand new. In no time at all the carpet was clean and dry. The fact that this is a veteran owned business And that he did such a thorough job assures him my repeat business. I plan on sharing his stellar work with my neighbors. Below are the before and after pictures. The lighting really doesn't do it justice. But I assure you the differences are remarkable.

this is the 2x we’ve used michael. the first time was for my 30+ yo persian carpet. it was on the return visit that i realized how soiled it was. wow! michael returned smelling fresh, clean, and BRAND NEW looking. i found someone to trust with my persian carpet. our second experience was a large area rug, doggie throw up, and it was green. yuck! count us in as forever customers, our carpet was returned smelling fresh, cleaned, and brand new looking! plus, michael shared care information for any future accidents. ten-star review for customer service, knowledge, experience, results. many thank yous, michael.

This is the second time I have used Dryex to clean my carpets and couches. Both times Michael and Blanca have been very knowledgeable and professional. Michael was able to remove discolored spots from my couch, even though I didn't know the source, without any harsh chemicals. The team is great to work with.

We had a smelly incident that our dog left behind on a Friday, and we needed someone to clean our carpets next day. Micheal was able to get something scheduled immediately even though it was on a Saturday which was more than we expected. When Blanca and he showed up Saturday morning they were kind, knowledgeable, and quick when it came to completing the job. As a home owner, it can be difficult sometimes finding a person you trust to clean/fix things in your home. We've used Dryex in the Olympia, WA area three times now. Both times Michael has been responsive, accommodating to our schedule, and has done a very thorough clean. The carpet felt clean and wonderful to walk on both times. And we could feel great about having our little kids on a clean, healthy carpet.

Michael Ellis was very prompt in responding to my request to get an estimate on cleaning our couch, carpet and bathroom tile grout. He showed up on time and after giving me the estimate was able to do the cleaning the same day. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable of carpet and upholstery. He did an awesome job. I will definitely give him a call when I need these services in the future!

I had shopped around for a carpet cleaning business and was amazed at what Mike (owner/operator) of Dryex did for us. His professionalism, and cleaning abilities were second to none! If you are shopping around and looking for the cheapest deal, you will get what you pay for. I went on the reviews in here that I read and then the his knowledge he expressed in our phone conversation. I am glad I did. There are many companies who come out and promise lifting stains etc, but Mike actually got blood red paint from Halloween out of our carpets that I never thought would be possible. If you value your carpet's and want them seriously cleaned by the best, spend the extra few dollars and do it right the first time. I am so grateful we did. His cleaning truck is state of the art and not a mini van. His equipment is beyond anything I have ever saw and the carpet is amazingly beautiful. When our home becomes a rental, I will be for sure hiring Mike to take the contract of our carpets. He does charge a out of the local area of Olympia service charge for his gas and travel, but it is a small price when you know and trust you are getting the best service out there. Mike was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We called to get an estimate on our new home we just purchased on a Thursday and he came out on that Saturday. Carpets took a little over 24 hours to completely dry, but they look great and smell great. It was pricey but I feel worth it. Would definitely recommend Dryex!

When I needed to have carpets cleaned on short notice Mike at Dryex was able to schedule me the very next day and was even flexible with times. He was prompt and professional. I am very happy with the outcome, the service only took a little over an hour and the carpet looks and smells like new! I wish I would have taken before and after photos. I would definitely recommend company and will likely use them again in the future.

Did an outstanding job on the carpets. Explained the steps in a very detailed and easy to understand manner. They finished the job promptly, professional and respected my house/belongings.
