Ceramics and porcelain are man-made tiles. Everything else is natural. Dryex has been certified (IICRC) for all stone, masonry, and tile cleaning since 2005.

Anything more profound than the face fibers is over-wetting which is harmful. Cleaning is a service, not a commodity.

Dry is a misnomer. Very low moisture (VLM) is correct, and we offer "dry extraction" where the carpet is dry when done. Call with questions, please.
