this is the 2x we’ve used michael. the first time was for my 30+ yo persian carpet. it was on the return visit that i realized how soiled it was. wow! michael returned smelling fresh, clean, and BRAND NEW looking. i found someone to trust with my persian carpet. our second experience was a large area rug, doggie throw up, and it was green. yuck! count us in as forever customers, our carpet was returned smelling fresh, cleaned, and brand new looking! plus, michael shared care information for any future accidents. ten-star review for customer service, knowledge, experience, results. many thank yous, michael.

WOW! What a difference dryex Owner Michael D.Ellis made. I spent over an hour reviewing the competing ads for carpet cleaning. His diverse abilities as well as years in servicing the community made it a no-brainer. I left a message on his website late that evening and received a prompt response to set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in our options and outcomes with absolutely no pressure. I was very skeptical at first at their ability to be able to get our 40-year-old carpet clean. He was very reassuring and began work immediately. I watched him perform his work and was amazed at how clean the carpet was coming. By the time he had finished, the carpet looked and felt brand new. In no time at all the carpet was clean and dry. The fact that this is a veteran owned business And that he did such a thorough job assures him my repeat business. I plan on sharing his stellar work with my neighbors. Below are the before and after pictures. The lighting really doesn't do it justice. But I assure you the differences are remarkable.

Don't use this company! I worked with Michael Ellis the owner for 8 months with the agreement that I was purchasing the cleaning equipment, truck and data base. Mr Ellis passed away at the end of August. I am the one who found him after he had passed. Michael's son hunter, who lives in olympia, but I had only briefly met 1 time in all the months I had been with company, decided he was in charge of dryex and told me there was no more work for me at the company I was purchasing from his father. He then proceeded to go to the jobs Michael had set up for me, while he was alive and hunter was not any part of, and complete the jobs having the customers pay him in cash or make checks out to him personally(over $7000 the first week) Hunter then told finance company for the truck that he didn't want to make payments for said equipment and they could reposses it. The bank agreed. Then hunter told them he would store the truck for free until the bank sold it again. Hunter continues to this day doing cleaning jobs as dryex with the "bank owned, repo" truck and not reporting the income. I say all this because he has also refused to pay me for the last month I worked with his father. More to come..

This is the second time I have used Dryex to clean my carpets and couches. Both times Michael and Blanca have been very knowledgeable and professional. Michael was able to remove discolored spots from my couch, even though I didn't know the source, without any harsh chemicals. The team is great to work with.

We had a smelly incident that our dog left behind on a Friday, and we needed someone to clean our carpets next day. Micheal was able to get something scheduled immediately even though it was on a Saturday which was more than we expected. When Blanca and he showed up Saturday morning they were kind, knowledgeable, and quick when it came to completing the job. As a home owner, it can be difficult sometimes finding a person you trust to clean/fix things in your home. I can not recommend these two enough, and I hope anyone reading this realizes that they too will be in great hands when choosing Dryex, Thanks again Micheal and Blanca!

Michael’s knowledge of rug and carpet fibers and how to properly clean and protect them is deeper than the dirt buried within. Very pleased with how the runner turned out. Highly recommend!

We've used Dryex in the Olympia, WA area three times now. Both times Michael has been responsive, accommodating to our schedule, and has done a very thorough clean. The carpet felt clean and wonderful to walk on both times. And we could feel great about having our little kids on a clean, healthy carpet.

Michael Ellis was very prompt in responding to my request to get an estimate on cleaning our couch, carpet and bathroom tile grout. He showed up on time and after giving me the estimate was able to do the cleaning the same day. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable of carpet and upholstery. He did an awesome job. I will definitely give him a call when I need these services in the future!

Outstanding job! Carpet cleaning and removal of pet stains. I called and spoke to Michael and he was so easy to talk to and work with. He provided service next day for me when I was in a situation with a friend at a Great price. He WOW'd me seriously!! Mike and Hunter arrived on time and did an outstanding job cleaning our wall to wall carpets. They explained the procedure, expectations and provided a cost up front. They were fast, efficient and the carpets look great. We will definitely call them for any future carpet/upholstery cleaning jobs.
