⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been using DryClean USA for 18 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the service—especially thanks to Nora and Martin. They are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Whether it’s a last-minute request or special care for delicate items, they handle it with ease and a smile. Nora and Martin truly make the experience feel personal and reliable. Highly recommend!

11/8/24 updated review. I should also mention that the entire staff there is very friendly and kind. Their prices are excellent they are professional, and have always helped me and go above and beyond.! Norka the woman who what they’re doing Alterations is incredible. For years, I’ve been getting my clothes altered and have tried many many different places. She is by far the best. She gets it and doesn’t complicate things and does not overcharge. Highly recommend

I used this location years ago and felt comfortable returning now that I have a job which once again requires dry cleaning and a professional appearance. Having called around, they had better prices than a competing dry cleaner. The quality was great and for 3 weeks, I’ve been happy. They charged me $5 for a plain black necktie, which I felt was a bit high, especially after not telling me the price when dropping it off. Yet, I continued. Having dropped off the next set of pants/pilot shirt, I was shocked to learn upon pickup that they increased the price of the shirt from $3.50 to $6.50. This is a shirt, nothing more. This is the exact same piece of fabric that previously cost $3 less, only this time, the response was, “It was hand-pressed.” Perhaps he thought that would impress me? Translation: “We don’t have an answer for the price and we don’t want to give you your money back, so here are words that sound important.” Next time, give your customers an accurate quote. Treat your repeat customers with decency and respect (all customers for that matter.). If the same customer has a bill that appears different when you enter into the computer, stop and think, “Maybe something’s wrong and I need to speak with this customer who’s been coming here for years.” I no longer trust these people and will drive to Davie or Plantation to get better quality service where I am appreciated and not rushed out the door. The only reason this is 2 stars is due to the quality of the work. The cleaning itself is top notch. Hope you enjoy the extra $3.00. You’ve now lost the downstream income of my business.

They do a good job but they don’t really Communicate on when all of your things will get ready. I got a text message stating that my garments were ready, but when I went to pick them up, they told me that I was missing 2 shirts and that they were going to be ready in 2 days. Not convenient for me.

This dry cleaners is the example of above and beyond. I spilled spaghetti all over my dress shirt I was due to wear to a dear friends wedding the night before the ceremony. I took it in the next morning and the staff put a rush on getting it done within 4 hours. Came out good as new and the wedding photos were a success! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been a regular loyal customer for over 20 years with credit card on file. I noticed a higher amount charged and it was due to a change in rate that was not announced plus additional charges. Owner would not return calls. Not sure why he would not try to save a loyal customer after so many years.

As a customer of the dry cleaners for many years, I now will never go back because of the woman that handles alterations in this establishment, she is rude and offensive. During business hours she was the only person at the front with her back turned towards customers. Unbeknownst to us, it was her lunch break but all we could see was that she was scrolling thru her phone. It turns out she was ignoring us but we thought she couldn’t hear us until she turned around and, with food in her mouth, raised her voice at us and told us she was on her lunch break and would not assist us, to come back later. Ironically, we had called 15 minutes before to make sure there was someone there to assist us. At that point a woman come out from the back of the store whom we suspect was the owner or manager and was looking at us like a deer caught in the headlights. If the woman had calmly explained that she was on her lunch break and asked us politely to come back in a few minutes, we might have walked the shopping center to give her the time she needed or decided to come back another day. Incredible that you let an employee treat a customer that way.

If I could give 0 stars. This would be the only place I would give it to. Takes a week to get your clothes back and never open on time. Was there when the where supposed to open twice at 8am. One time opened as late as 930am. So get ready to work around their scheduled. Never again.
