Ciprian was professional, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing — he cut and programmed two new keys on the spot. Everything worked perfectly, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I called driveline auto locksmith for an urgent emergency assistance due to key snapping in the ignition, they arrived promptly but unfortunately problem was bigger that first thought. A new ignition was needed, they worked throughout the day getting parts and even came back at 10pm in the evening to ensure the job was completed. I found this to be a prompt and reliable service who went above and beyond to help.

The man who came (unfortunately I don't know his name) to provide me with a spare fob was brilliant. He managed to provide the spare even though it was trickier than most of his jobs. I can't speak too highly of him and the service provided.

Fantastic service. Great quality key. John was great to work with. Replied promptly to my initial enquiry for a new remote key fob for my BMW. An appointment was made to carry out the work at my convenience, at my home. He arrived on time and carried out the job quickly and professionally. He was friendly and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Much cheaper than main dealer and he was able to upgrade my key to the later model. Five star service!
