If I could give a -5 I would. This experience was absolutely horrendous to say the least. We had an appointment at 10:30am and the office manager did not show until about 11:15am (with a friend) taking his time to meet with customers. When he finally called on us it was about 12:30pm. After reviewing papers, he took us out to the car and I was fully taken aback. The hood was terribly rusting off, the front bumper was hanging and loose, the ac was NOT working (it's June), the check engine light was on, the tire pressure light was on, there were holes ALL in the ceiling, it had 125k + miles on it, and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I needed a vehicle to drive out of town while mine was in the shop - I drove this car about 3 minutes down the road and that was enough for me to turn right back around and return it (I felt that it truly might breakdown in the 3 minute span of me leaving and coming back; it was driving like a damn lawnmower). If you are renting cars out, you are meant to keep up with and take care of them, right?!? This was genuinely the NASTIEST car that I have ever taken a seat in. Following this, I went to Enterprise and it was the opposite experience. The car was SPOTLESS, so clean, filled with gas, NO lights on, AC worked wonderfully, it had apple car play, smelled great, and I felt 1000% more safe (aka the bare minimum and it was CHEAPER might I add). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you can - this man is absolutely robbing you for POS vehicles.
