They have done an excellent job getting my lawn in good condition. Had one small issue with sprinkler installation but took care of it right away. Back yard after 2 weeks on aeration and seeding.

Dreamlawn was hired last year to winterize my 1 year old sprinkler system that was working perfectly fine before they touched it. The tech that did winterization did not seal the water line. No plug was used to blowout, no teflon tape or tread sealant. The pipe was wet & dripping. He is no longer with the company. The different tech that came out this spring to turn sprinklers on failed to see that it was not winterized correctly either. Leaks started immediately after, as my water bill went from $53 to $453. And a second bill for $500 two months later. Backyard was a swamp. Finally realized valve box was full of water, and was filling with water even after water to system was shut off, due to the leaks. 5 out of 8 valves had to be replaced that were cracked from sitting in water. Company that fixed it (who installed system) provided detailed invoice of each part replaced and why, and said was because system was not winterized properly. Dreamlawn only agreed to refund me the $198 for winterization/spring turn on. They refuse to refund me the $420 I spent to repair the system, or the $807 in water bills from the leaking. They refuse to accept responsibility because they were "not allowed to fix it". Dreamlawn wanted me to wait 2 days to come look at it, company who installed it came next morning. And why would I want the company who broke it to fix it?? Regardless, I am out $1200+ because of them. On a brand new sprinkler system. Horrible company to do business with.

Steven did a great job spraying for grubs. Since we've started using DreamLawn our yard looks beautiful without harmful chemicals!

Matthew walker was our technician he was very knowledgeable and did everything we expected in a timely manner. He just continues the excellent service we get from Dreamlawn team!

Not a DreamLawn. I understand lawn treatments take time but when we call to report issues and they tell us to wait until JULY for our weeds and dandelions to decrease I disagree. Here’s the thing…I’ll pay more to see progress but we were basically blown off. When the tech guys come to spray they’re essentially speed walking. No way the limited amount of product they apply is effective. DIY save money

Mathew was our technician, and he did a very good job. He was very professional and was even nice enough to move my trash cans from the curb up to near my garage (it was trash day today). He also explained to me about the application process. He even made sure to close the gates to the back yard (I have a small dog so that's important to me).

I had what I thought might be a billing problem. It wasn’t an error on their part. Stephanie investigated, explained my options, and got everything in order. She was prompt and cheerful.

I am thrilled to have Dream lawn taking care of my lawn. Today was the first treatment. Service tech Ethan did a great job. He was friendly, professional and did a very good job on my lawn. Very happy with our technician, Matthew W. We had some construction in the fall that left some damage to our lawn. Matthew took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully and patiently, outlining my options and his recommendations. I appreciate his help!

Zero customer service. Will tell you one thing only not to follow through or even show up. Had irrigation system installed in Dec ‘23. Was told someone would be out in May to activate and check system and nothing. Part of system breached surface in March and needs re-buried and have been communicating with DreamLawn namely Pat and Jason since March and have been advised numerous times it will be taken care of and fast forward to now, June and still nothing. Cash grab company who don’t practice what they preach. Stay away from! They will eagerly take your money then leave you high and dry. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years as initially they were Heritage before becoming DreamLawn. Heritage was great. Would give zero stars or less if I could. Don’t see how they stay in business with such terrible or actually zero customer service.
